The suggested salary for this position is $149,000-$202,250*

The Role

Outreach is transforming how companies engage with their customers. As Principal/Senior Product Manager - Core Experiences you drive strategy and execution of product capabilities that are central to Outreach customers. Core Experiences include Email, Calendar, Templates, Snippets and Content Management. You will function as an expert in user personas for the Outreach product, deeply understanding their day-to-day workflows, the context in which they work within a sales organization and the technologies they interact with.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

Define vision, strategy and roadmap for Core Experiences area for Outreach
Lead product discovery and roadmap sessions with customers and key stakeholders
Partner with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, data scientists, and analytics teams to develop and ship features and products that provide real value to customers
Define and own the core metrics to measure the adoption, usage, and impact of optimization experiences
Partner with product marketing, customer success and sales to share the work with customers

Our Vision of You

10+ years (Principal) / 5+ (Senior) of product experience with proven track record of launching and growing technology products
Ability to define long-term business strategy and drive impact on short-term product goals
Strong analytical ability and prior experience with building business cases, data analysis, and problem-solving
Demonstrated technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineers
Deep user empathy, understanding of customer needs, and strong motivation to tackle their problems.
Experience working designers to provide elegant solutions.
Strong skills around cross-functional collaboration, influence, and communication
Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others

Preferred Qualifications

Built, managed and maintained a product line in a related GTM motion in B2B/SaaS application stack
Previous experience with enterprise customers and building enterprise scale solutions
