About the job
This position is needed to add fuel to our Enterprise Voice business. This is a full stack product marketing role in that you will support product launches, customer presentations, sales training materials, and also act as a subject matter expert on new solutions. We are looking for a great product marketer with a technical bent that can thrive in a high-growth and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Focus on the telecom component of our Voice products, and build deep SME knowledge to understand our technical buyer persona for Voice (from CIO to Network Engineer).
Own external facing product roadmap updates, in tight relationship with the product team.
Support cross-functional product packaging and pricing initiatives.
Qualifications
Not all applicants will have skills that match a job description exactly. Twilio values diverse experiences in other industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. While having “desired” qualifications make for a strong candidate, we encourage applicants with alternative experiences to also apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!
Required:

You can get things done - you empower others and bring them along on the journey of your project and you influence them without authority.
Have top-notch presentation skills so you can stand in front of any customer or executive and make the case for your product.
Desired:
You are technical--you like learning how to build things and figuring out how best to demonstrate the benefits of the product.
You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, business or technology.
