As a product innovation PM, you will be responsible for discovering, defining and execute (in collaboration with engineering and other teams) the product innovation roadmap for the Hivemind enterprise portfolio at least 6 months in advance of the current execution. In this role, you will work closely with product team, special projects team, engineering and other stakeholders to lead the innovation roadmap. You will own the end to end lifecycle of the innovation roadmap, in collaboration with the stakeholder team, to deliver the goal of keeping Hivemind product portfolio closer to customers’ aspirational roadmap, keeping Hivemind ahead of any competition and establishing Hivemind products as the #1 product suite for autonomy

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Own and drive product Innovation:
-Champion innovative ideas and drive a culture of experimentation and quick iteration
-Conduct in-depth market research, monitor technology trends and best informed about global industry development to identify unmet customer needs and emerging market trends.
-Develop strong signal-based intuition to predict the future needs and develop strategy to influence the industry and customers
-Develop compelling innovation driven roadmaps that align with the company's long-term vision.
-Build a culture of creative intelligence and in-collaboration with other teams develop a rich IP portfolio for Hivemind products
-Discover and gather customer needs, translate those into key technology driven actionable product requirements and user stories, to drive product roadmaps
Foster Collaborative Partnerships:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, marketing, customer engagement and sales.
-Effectively communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels to drive excitement and inspiration to teams
-Facilitate collaborative decision-making and drive consensus across teams.
-Collaborate closely with execution product teams to converge innovative roadmap into release planning and execution
Stay Ahead of the Curve:
-Proactively identify and evaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact on Hivemind products
-Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in product innovation and management, share knowledge with rest of the Hivemind teams
-Create industry wide ecosystem to drive platform based innovation to deliver Hivemind vision

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 14 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 12 years experience; or equivalent experience.
B.S. in Marketing or Business. Similar degree or equivalent practical experience acceptable.
10+ years of experience in product marketing within the software industry, preferably with experience in SDKs, APIs, or developer tools.
Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing technical products to developers and/or enterprise customers.
Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies, particularly in autonomous systems or related fields.
Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and effectively communicate technical concepts.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
Experience with any of the following: Selling software to the Department of Defense, Federal Acquistion Regulations, Selling software to defense companies, Experience driving substantial international expansion of a software product.
