Apollo is seeking a highly competent Principal Product Manager, with a focus on Pricing Foundations. The successful candidate will own the vision, strategy and roadmap to build strong & scalable foundation of our self-serve platform that would help users try, buy and expand their plans with Apollo & maximizes revenue & market share. 

Primary Responsibilities:

- Build & lead the vision, strategy team, and roadmap for Apollo's pricing & packaging foundations - ensuring alignment with company-level strategy.
- Combine quantitative analysis & qualitative research (user research, competitive intelligence, market research, etc.) to inform crucial product decisions.
- Build a culture of shared ownership, camaraderie, creativity, and experimentation amongst the engineers and designers on your squad to deliver a product of remarkable quality.
- Collaborate with the BizOps team to plan and execute pricing experimentation and deliver on strategic initiatives involving pricing & packaging
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and RevOps to ensure that we have suitable systems in place to ensure robust reporting & processes
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on go-to-market strategy, messaging, and positioning to maximize the success of launches.

Required Competencies & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of SaaS (or equivalent) product management experience with at least 8+ years of overall experience
• Should have experience with Pricing or Monetization in B2B or B2C environments
• Proven track record of delivering strong impact to key product metrics (e.g. ARR, GRR, NRR etc.).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• History of using qualitative and quantitative data to build remarkable products.
• Demonstrated success leading, motivating, and developing engineering & design team members.
• Strong project management skills; able to identify needs, break down objectives into key results & initiatives, and manage a team that is able to deliver value continuously with short and long-term initiatives.
• Inquisitive, Curious & user-centric - always trying to learn more about our market, our users, our capabilities, and where there are opportunities for us.
• Strong design/UX experience is a plus
• Fluency with technical knowledge is a big plus
• Experience with self-serve B2B SaaS products is a plus.
