Responsibilities

  • Deeply analyze customer needs and business problems to identify pain points and growth opportunities.

  • Rapidly develop impactful and elegant solutions to address specific problems and optimize user experiences.

  • Strategically think about the product from a high-level perspective, connecting the missing dots and shaping the roadmap for growth.

  • Take full ownership of your work throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to design, review, feedback, testing, and post-release analysis.

  • Collaborate closely with a team of highly talented Product Designers, Engineers and Growth experts to execute your vision and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with scale-ups or startups.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously, leading initiatives and driving growth with minimal supervision.

  • Strong PLG mindset and appetite to focus on business metrics rather than owning one customer problem or area

  • Strong understanding of both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles, ensuring the product delivers seamless and intuitive experiences.

  • Experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize product performance and drive growth.

  • Prior knowledge of B2B experience, SEO knowledge, and expertise in optimizing SEO and conversion funnels is a plus.

  • Previous experience in Marketing and project management positions.
