Our Messaging Workflow team is the core backbone of delivering messages to customers. It processes many billions of messages per month, requiring high scalability and reliability. Many other teams rely on integrating their services with the Messaging Workflow to deliver their features to customers.

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to work with our engineering teams to expand upon and deliver this vision. This person will work with architects and engineering to define the architecture, services and APIs that evolves this core platform.

  • Prioritize across customers and stakeholders to develop a roadmap and communicate priorities both to engineering teams and customers.

  • Work with your colleagues to align on vision and build a roadmap that we can execute based on broad, company-wide, mission statements.
