Principal Product Manager - Analytics

We’re currently in search of a Principal Product Manager who is a subject matter expert and lives and breathes the product analytics space to help bring our customers the best experience in Pendo.

As a Principal Product Manager, you will be working on the biggest revenue driving products at Pendo. You’ll drive the analytics strategy across Pendo’s suite of products while up-leveling our collective analytics knowledge. Our organization should become smarter around analytics because of you! As a high level individual contributor, you will act as a mentor to other Product Managers and be seen as a true Product Leader. 

Role Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert for the product team and across the company
• Drive strategic analytics research to inform future product plans
• Inform the analytics strategy for Pendo by evangelizing best practices 
• Speak at conferences and act as a Pendo representative at partner and sales events
• Write blogs for Pendo’s partner publication and be a frequent podcast guest for relevant industry podcasts. 
• Counsels customers and prospects on data strategy, architecture and building a data culture.
• Execute due diligence for acquisition opportunities in the space

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Experience driving vision or strategy for a B2B analytics product, ideally in the space of product usage. 
• Knowledge of the Analytics Market and competitive landscape
• Ability to think creatively to solve problems with the customer at the center
• 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager 
• Computer Science Degree or equivalent
