The Principal Brand Designer at Personio is a pivotal role responsible for bringing our brand to life through storytelling. You will play a critical role in creating compelling and cohesive deliverables that communicate our brand's essence and resonates with our target customer.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between Brand and Product. 
• Generate and develop concepts and vision for creative projects, including core message, visual elements, with a storytelling approach.
• Develop and maintain the visual elements of the Personio brand, including brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints including: high-profile thought leadership pieces, product releases, ad campaigns, in-person and virtual events, as well as internal pieces such as swag items and materials for internal events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message and drive brand awareness.
• Ability and flexibility to work across different mediums ensuring high-quality output that adheres to brand standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback to refine designs and ensure they align with the brand's strategic objectives.
• Lead work by setting direction acting as a trusted lead, mentoring designers to ensure high-quality, on brief deliverables.

• 12+ years of professional experience as a brand designer or related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and a keen eye for detail.
• Experience driving quality and consistency in deliverables.
• Experience infusing brand into Web & Product Design.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Exceptional creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts.
• History of mentorship contributing to others growth and success.
• Possesses technical depth across several mediums i.e. web, print, motion graphics, iconography, campaigns, social etc.
• Preferred qualification: Experience that spans Marketing and Product, working in a product development environment.
