Role Overview
As a Platform Product Manager at Enterpret, you will play a pivotal role in building the knowledge graph that powers the intelligence of our platform. This knowledge graph distills the voice of the customer, serving as the foundation for our AI-driven insights. You will be responsible for driving the development of scalable platform features that transform how customer-centric products are built.
Key Responsibilities
- Build the Knowledge Graph: Lead the development of Enterpret's knowledge graph, the core component that distills customer feedback into actionable intelligence.
- Define Platform Vision: Establish and communicate a clear vision for Enterpret's platform that aligns with our mission and strategic objectives.
- Strategize and Plan: Develop a comprehensive product roadmap focused on platform scalability, reliability, and innovation.
- Drive Execution: Proactively lead cross-functional teams to deliver platform features on time and within scope, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers to gather insights and translate their needs into actionable platform enhancements.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for platform improvement.
- Optimize Performance: Define and track key performance metrics to assess platform effectiveness and guide decision-making.
- Enhance Processes: Continuously refine product development processes to increase efficiency and foster a culture of excellence.
About you
- Experience: Around 5 years in product management roles focusing on SaaS platforms or AI technologies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of platform architecture, AI, machine learning concepts, and knowledge graph technologies. [x]
- Bias for Action: Proactive and results-driven, with a proven ability to take initiative and drive projects forward. [x]
