Mid/Senior Creative Designer - Freelancer

We are looking for a Mid-Senior freelance Creative Designer to join our Brand & Creative team to work across a number of projects.

Contract Duration: 3 Months

Daily Rate: up to £400 per day

We're looking for someone that has extensive experience executing brands across print, motion and digital – and channels such as CRM, Paid Social, Paid Display and OOH. They should be a self-starter with excellent concepting skills with robust strategic thought that underpins their creative ideas.

As a freelance designer you will be primarily responsible for the creative execution and delivery on:

The refresh of our Evergreen Paid Marketing creative. Evergreen is a key part of our always-on marketing campaign, served across the world in multiple different markets across Paid Social and Paid Display. The candidate will be working closely with stakeholders and strategists from briefing stage to delivery and work with the rest of the team during pre-production, production and post production. Responsibilities will include creative concepting, art direction, post-production, design and quality assurance. 

Must-have skills

• You've worked in-house or in an agency
• Superb visual communication design skills, showcased in a portfolio of work for social, web, email and print. Evidence of articulating against brand guidelines
• A strong creative process. You can take a vague idea or complex brief and work it through to a finished design. Confident when talking about the problem you’re solving and your approach when solving it 
• Able to work independently but have also experience collaborating across different craft disciplines
