About the Role: 
Design - 
Klover’s design team is an extremely important contributor to the entire product process. Design, UX Research and Product work together at the earliest stages of ideation, working through concepts, prototypes, design acceptance testing, and user testing. Designers control all user experiences with our marketing, product and content. UX and brand design play a huge role at the company.
Mid-Senior Level Product Designer 
Klover is looking for mid to senior level designers to come join the growing Design team. As a product designer, you will be responsible for the full end to end user experience, keeping both the user and business needs in mind. We are looking for a designer that is self directed and can enhance current design and use research and user-centered thinking to help discovery for new features.

Responsibilities
  • Identify pain points, iterate on ideas quickly, help define solutions, and drive design initiatives that provide measurable value to our customers and business.
  • Work with the product and research team on discovery and design projects from their inception to concepts and well-defined experiences.
  • Create low and high fidelity designs and prototypes to validate concepts and solutions with customers and business stakeholders.
  • Use real product data, usage behaviors, user research/feedback and product metrics to make data-driven design decisions.
  • Contribute to design system and component libraries as necessary to ensure a cohesive and holistic product experience.
  • Share your knowledge with the team, while also continuously developing your own skill-set and craft.
  • Exercise ethical decision-making and do what’s best for our users
  • Be the voice in the room that always puts the user first
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3+ years of digital UX/Product Design experience (preferable at a technology company)
  • Versatile and compelling portfolio that demonstrates your work and problem solving skills from ideation to implementation.
  • Diligence in developing native app experiences and responsive designs that work across platforms (e.g. web, tablet, mobile)
  • Experience working with style guides and user experience (UX) libraries, common patterns, and current UX practices)
  • Have partnered with senior designers in developing, building, maintaining and using a design system.
  • Solid visual design skills – a keen eye for visual design quality and a high personal bar for hitting the details.
  • Strong interaction design skills – The ability to analyze complex real-world scenarios to design intuitive workflows with a focus on ease-of-use and simplicity.
  • Understanding of how to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, excellent time management & organizational skills
  • Ability to iterate quickly on feedback, present and articulate context and thought process behind design decisions.
  • A deep arsenal and high-level proficiency of design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Principal, InVision, Framer, Mural, Keynote etc...
  • Experience working within a start-up and/or ambiguous environment, with proven experience to be adaptable preferred.
  • FinTech experience a strong plus
  • Consumer mobile app experience a strong plus
