Our B2B team at Carbon health is responsible for deepening the ways we work with all constituents of the healthcare system. From our work with some of the largest cities on their Covid response, to our partnerships with many leading health systems to our work serving over 2,000 employers – we are continually evolving how we bring value to the healthcare system as a whole.

We are looking for an energetic and collaborative marketer who is passionate about shaping product and service roadmaps with customer and market insight, and building data-driven marketing programs that engage, inspire, and convert. This hands-on role is the first B2B focused marketing hire at Carbon Health, and will be a strategic member of the Carbon for Business team. 

In this role, you will be responsible for defining segmentation, developing insight-driven positioning and messaging, and driving storytelling strategies and channel development that support the end-to-end journey of buyers (employers) and their members (employees). You must bring a roll-up-your sleeves attitude to how we support our expanding enterprise business, help ensure our customers are successful with Carbon Health,  and lay the groundwork for a scalable marketing engine

What You'll Do

  • Help define, drive, and iterate on value-based positioning and messaging for core product offerings and new lines of business, and collaborate with marketing stakeholders to bring the story to life through collateral, web content, videos, presentations, white papers, and more.
  • Gain and maintain a deep understanding of Carbon Health’s product and program offerings, customers, prospects, competition, and market, and apply this knowledge to influence the product roadmap and business strategy.
  • Work cross-functionally to own go-to-market, help drive launches, and support ongoing product adoption
  • Analyze information collected from pipeline behavior and win/loss interviews to iterate on sales process and enable sellers to be successful with training, tools, and collateral.
  • Support the demand generation strategy and process

About You

  • B.A degree with a minimum of 5-7 years of related, practical experience in product marketing, product management, growth marketing, or marketing operations. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven success with enterprise Saas B2B software product experience, particularly in healthcare and/or other regulated industries
  • Experience working in 0 to 1/entrepreneurial environments and driving work forward independently
  • Systems-thinker w/an orientation towards asking the right questions and getting things done
  • Customer obsession that drives a customer-centric approach in making go-to-market processes world-class
  • Strong analytical skills and an attention to detail; ability to leverage data to support your results and drive your strategy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable in an experimental and extremely fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing agency relationships to stand up new capabilities
  • Team player with an exceptional ability to work cross functionally
