At Databricks, we are passionate about helping data teams solve the world's toughest problems — from making the next mode of transportation a reality to accelerating the development of medical breakthroughs. We do this by building and running the world's best data and AI infrastructure platform so our customers can use deep data insights to improve their business.

As a Commercialization Product Management intern, you will join our world-class Commercialization team to drive insights and impact across Databricks. During your 12-week internship, you’ll have the opportunity to develop new, segment-specific commercial offers and go-to-market programs that our sales teams can leverage to drive growth–with opportunities for full-time employment in this area the following year.

Throughout the internship, you will be mentored by a dedicated sponsor and have the opportunity to connect with senior leaders across the organization.

Impact you will have

  • Collaborate with team members across multiple functions to identify opportunities within our commercial offer portfolio across growth offers, Databricks support and professional services, and channel partner programs
  • Structure ambiguous business problems and develop feasible solutions. Conduct thorough and accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis. Synthesize complex information into clear, insightful takeaways and action-oriented recommendations.
  • Communicate your recommendations effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to build consensus and drive implementation
  • Provide visibility and performance tracking to the business (commercial performance reviews, offer efficiency and productivity indicators, dashboard creation, and field enablement)
  • Increase your understanding of enterprise software business problems and develop new skills to help you at every stage of your career at Databricks and beyond.

Who You Are:

  • You will graduate in Spring 2026 from an MBA program.
  • You have 3-5 years of previous professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, strategy, operations, business analysis, or related fields.
  • You demonstrate an advanced ability to define and break down ambiguous and complex business problems with limited guidance
  • You are an excellent communicator (written and oral), able to synthesize complex information into clear, insightful takeaways and action-oriented recommendations.
  • You put the team before yourself and are willing to get hands-on, no matter how small the task
  • Previous experience in enterprise software is preferred.
  • Previous experience with SQL preferred.
