Marketing - Head of Product Marketing

Our newest product line, Tray Embedded, helps product leaders deliver customer integrations rapidly, reduce customer churn, and decrease time to market for new integrations to win more deals.

Your Mission

As the Head of Product Marketing at Tray.io, you will build the story of how automation is changing the nature of work...for the better, rally the market towards Tray.io, and enable the entire organization to win. Reporting to the CMO, you’ll build and manage the best product marketing team in B2B Software. 

What You Will Do

• Messaging and positioning for all product lines
• Express customer value in ways that inspire action
• Develop and execute the marketing strategy for each product
• Provide exceptional sales enablement that helps us win
• Provide the buyer insights necessary to launch impactful integrated campaigns by partnering with the entire marketing team
• Collaborate closely with product management to influence the roadmap and drive adoption
• Launch a steady stream of products
• Usher in a new pricing model that is based on customer success
• Evangelize Tray.io as a more modern and accessible approach to integration and automation
• Keep your finger on the pulse of the market with market research and intelligence

About You

• 10+ years experience in leading product marketing for high-growth B2B  companies, including SaaS
• Demonstrated  ability to build and manage high-performing teams
• Technical aptitude to understand data structures, moving data at scale and platforms that support mission-critical applications 
• Proven ability to communicate complex products to a broad audience that includes line-of-business and technical buyers
