About this role

We are looking for a Marketing Designer to expand our online presence with thoughtful landing pages and ads. They'll partner with our product, design and engineering team to determine what makes landing pages compelling, and then, with our Brand Design team, produce clear systems that scale without losing the fidelity of our brand. It's a hyper-collaborative role, perfect for a growth-oriented designer who gets a thrill out of producing beautiful experiences that lead to stat-sig results. You will sit at the intersection between Product and Brand, and will report to a Product Design Lead.

In this role you will:

Design, experiment, and refine creative content, including web layouts, editorial and spot illustrations, iconography, and ad campaigns.
Oversee the system of marketing pages and ads, working closely with our Brand Design and Product Design teams to make sure everything is performant, scalable, and on-brand.
Work with engineering and product teams to ship, test, and improve designs.
Keep to your deadlines and keep your working files and design repositories accessible and organized.

You may be a great fit for this role if:

You have 3 or more years of experience working as a marketing, brand, or visual designer in-house.
You show a command of the design fundamentals (typography, composition, color use, layout, etc.)
You immerse yourself in a design problem to understand its opportunities and constraints
You conceive and pitch elegant solutions and can to defend your proposals to your team members
You have experience overseeing the technical implementation of your solutions
You take direction, ask probing questions to fill-in context, solicit feedback, and not bristle at critique
You work systematically and find ways to improve/evolve the system that is being implemented
