Role Background

Since launching in Tel Aviv in 2018, we've grown beyond all expectations across the country! We're now in 120+ different locations in Israel (with even more planned) and we're adding new partners on a daily basis, offering everything from pizza to paracetamol.

As such we’re looking for a talented Design & Content specialist who will be responsible for delivering effective and eye-catching assets that will be used for our marketing efforts inside and outside our app. Specifically, this role will focus on providing creatives and assets for our Israel market in which the campaigns will run on multiple platforms ranging from very own app, digital media (including social media), office environment, and much more.

What you’ll be doing

• Ideate with the marketing team and agencies, create and deliver on-brand and eye-catching assets, amazing copy and campaigns that will be used for our Israeli market.
• Define and develop campaign materials with your colleagues and produce assets according to the brief.
• Translate and localize global creatives and adjust them to the local market needs, including content & copywriting. 
• Work closely with the global creative team, the performance marketing team, and the local Israel marketing team to produce digital imagery in various formats for Wolt’s various channels (Email, Application, Social Media, company events, etc). 
• Build creative best practices & continuously improve the performance of our online creatives.
• Participate in design, content, and marketing meetings, brainstorming sessions, reviews, workshops and more. 
• Keep iterating the creatives to achieve the best possible results.

• Solid graphic and  writing (copywriting & Content) skills. 
• Proven hands-on experience throughout image production processes – from beginning to end.
• Solid skills in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) 
• You have a comprehensive visual portfolio including work examples for advertising in Israel.
• Interest in current design trends and the latest technologies applicable to design.
• Creativity, proactivity, tons of initiatives.
• Good communication & writing skills in English and fluent in Hebrew.
• Good time-management skills. You are organized and know how to allocate your time efficiently.
