Checkout.com is looking for an experienced product marketer to help us communicate the bespoke value proposition to our top enterprise merchants throughout their full lifecycle.In this role, you will establish our strategic approach to value proposition articulation and creative delivery. You will work in a close partnership with the Strategic Accounts Team. As a trusted advisor and delivery lead, you will be instrumental in bringing to life highly personalised messaging and creative collateral and assets to support marketing programs, product specific launches and commercial discussions. What you will be doing
- Foundations and scale: you will establish frameworks and best practice for value proposition articulation for strategic accounts. By working closely with the wider product marketing organisation, you will be instrumental to help us connect the dots and operationalise how we communicate our offering with our merchants at scale.
- Value proposition articulation: you will bring to life highly personalised messaging that the Strategic Accounts Team will be able to use throughout the full merchant lifecycle - from advertising, value-based content or sales collateral.
- Commercial team enablement: using global foundations, you will lead the development and delivery of highly personalised and strategic sales enablement assets to support the full sales lifecycle (from merchant presentations, business cases to creative RFPs, merchant workshops and beyond).
- Localisation: you will take a lead on localisation of new offerings to strategic accounts. Your experience and understanding of enterprise accounts needs will be critical to help us inform the product launch strategy and activation activities to ensure they resonate with strategic accounts.
- Innovation: you will think outside the box with a customer centric approach - you will have a chance to come up with new ways of delivering personalized value propositions for our strategic accounts to deliver value and deepen meaningful relationships over time.
- Operations: as this is a new role, you will be instrumental to create solid operational foundations to help us operationalise our strategic product marketing efforts by creating effective processes, templates and scaling the team as necessary.
This role will report directly to the VP Product Marketing to begin with, with a dotted line to Strategic Accounts Growth Lead. Please note that the team structure might evolve over time.
