We are looking for a Live Service Designer like you to join us in our mission to create amazing experiences, and to elevate ourselves and our craft. This role will report to our Director of Products. At OneFootball it’s important to us to create a flexible and inclusive work environment. We are considering on-site and hybrid working options in Berlin, as well as full-time remote
Responsibilities
- Design and document new systems within a large live service project
- Work with others to investigate and prototype future features
- Proactively communicate with your lead and teammates to set priorities and goals for your work
- Collaborate with other disciplines to implement your work, ensuring it makes for the best possible gameplay experience
- Implement your work in Frostbite engine and other tools through iterative prototyping, playtesting, and tuning
- Support your teammates through knowledge-sharing and documentation
- Participate constructively and respectfully in the critique of your work, and the work of others
- Look for opportunities to learn new skills to benefit your growth, your team, and the studio
About you
- Game design experience within live service titles
- Experience in designing new systems
- Experience working with prototypes
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Comfortable and proficient with technical implementation
- Passion for playing and making games, with an understanding of what makes them fun
- Understand the importance of documentation and respectful communication
- Broad taste in games
