What will be your role?⭐

Within the Product Ops team, you will develop and coordinate Learning & Development programs for Designers, Engineers, Product Builders and Product Managers. 

You'll be in charge of:
- building a vision and a strategy for our ambitious talent development programs in the department aligned with PayFit People team’s strategy,
collaborating with large variety of profiles (200+ organization) to identify, prioritize & validate the most important needs to grow their career and develop their skills,
- coordinating with PayFit Design, Product & Tech experts to define, create (if internal) & circulate learning content to deliver the most useful training resources in the best format, 
- ensuring the full program lifecycle with an easy and actionable structure linked to career paths & job opportunities embedded in PayFit’s learning & HR tools,
- participating in PayFit People team’s strategy by being a learning referent, evangelizing PayFit’s transversal learning programs & fostering a learning community within the organization,
- owning the measures to track the programs, collaborating & following-up with the HR team regarding information sharing, learning budgets & activities.


This job has been tailored for you if... ?

- you have 4-5 years experience of L&D program management experience or equivalent experience in the following areas: adult learning techniques, instructional methods, blended learning strategies and training products ,
- you have experience working with Product & Tech teams and are familiar with modern software development practices and curious about low code platform practices,
- you have strong analytical skills analyzing cost/benefit tradeoffs, measuring success and conducting industry research is a plu,
- you have strong communication skills, 
- you are proactive and a problem-solving mindset, 
- you have highly appreciated experiences in organizing and facilitating a community or event,
- you have taste for the intellectual technical challenge, curiosity and innovative spirit,
- you have desire to be part of an amazing fast-growing and intense adventure
- you speak both french and english fluently and you want to work in an international and dynamic environment,

- 2nd interview : Marie, Director of Product Operations (30 min)
- 3rd Technical Interview: Case Study + presentation
- 4th interview : Meeting with Sebastien (VP Product), Clotilde (Head of Fulfillment & Development) or Louise (Head of People)
- Team meeting
