What we're looking for

Our team of emoji-loving, collaborative, strategic designers is growing! Our group is passionate about brand, storytelling, and data-driven creative solutions. You will join a zealous and ambitious brand marketing organization to work with our design team on the development of creative assets, such as advertising, marketing collateral, email, landing pages, and more.

We're looking for an entrepreneurial and dynamic Lead Visual Designer. You are ruthless about consistency across all deliverables and sweat the details just as much as the big picture. You also stop at nothing to create elegant solutions based on your clearly defined concepts. You excel at managing projects across several launches with different timelines.

You'll support our corporate branding efforts. Partners include Marketing leadership, Brand Strategy, Content, our executive staff, and more. We're looking for someone who can pull up a seat at the table and sink their teeth into strategic projects and represent Brand. You are a curious problem solver, a quick study. You are an excellent communicator with a passion for great design and the dedication to achieve it. We are looking for patient individuals who are smart, curious, and opinionated; individuals who can develop points of view. But we also seek those who are great listeners, consider other opinions, and are able to work well with others.

Your role can be remote, reporting directly to the Creative Director, Brand Design. By joining this team, you will fill a crucial role in helping us explain our brand story.

You will

  • Foster a culture of design excellence through feedback across the brand design team.
  • Partner with Brand leadership to produce assets that guide and support branding efforts (such as corporate collateral, evolving and explaining the visual expression of our brand, internal enablement, supporting our employee experience, and yes company swag!)
  • Design and polish our corporate collateral, such as presentations, one pagers, reports, blog posts, and more.
  • Create elegant experiences from concept to launch that address business, brand, and user requirements while taking existing data into account.
  • Maintain ownership and responsibility, including QA, throughout each project
  • Work with our Creative Directors and other partners to align on goals and plans for projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrate your design and storytelling skills, backed up by a strong point of view and an ability to present your decisions with solid rationale.
  • Help in quarterly planning and creative resource management.
  • Give direction and feedback to a variety of contributors, including vendors, agencies, and freelancers.
  • Contribute to creating a design culture that is passionate about the craft.

You have

  • An excellent portfolio of work showcasing your brand storytelling, B2B skills, and craftsmanship
  • 8+ years of relevant work in the creative field, demonstrating excellence in branding, web, digital advertising, events, sales support, and campaigns
  • Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign), Figma, and GSuite (Google Slides/Sheets)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
