Lead Visual Designer

The Role

In this role you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for elevating and maintaining the consistency of our brand. 

In this role, you will:

• Elevate the quality of Bankjoy’s visual designs across all channels including web, social media, email, and print.
• Create a seamless, consistent visual design across all channels above.
• Design, develop, and maintain a world-class visual brand for Bankoy across all channels that lives up to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with various teams including Product, Marketing, and Sales to determine appropriate content and creativity.
• Contribute in strategic planning to align design with business goals.
• Digest and implement design feedback from multiple stakeholders.
• Partner with the front-end developers to export assets for mobile, web, and print.
• Communicate directly with internal stakeholders to successfully and efficiently meet the deliverable requirements of a project.

What you bring:

• 7+ years of working knowledge of cross platform design including mobile, tablet, mobile-responsive web.
• An outstanding portfolio, showcasing a foundation in storytelling, illustration, typography, visual, and motion.
• Experience in leading and communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale, all within a user-centered design process.
• Experience working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth environment.
• Have a strong understanding of the latest design tools, concepts, and technologies.
• Ability to identify overarching digital design issues and opportunities and implement effective solutions.
• Ability to put yourself in the customer's shoes and come up with ideas that are relevant and enticing.
• Proven experience creating designs that impacts user engagement and website conversions.
