About the Role
We’re looking for a Lead Product Marketing Manager to spearhead the launch of new AI products and expand our footprint into new markets. This role is a unique opportunity to define go-to-market strategies from the ground up and work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure our value is clearly communicated and deeply felt by our users.
You’ll be the voice of the customer internally and the voice of our products externally—translating complex technology into compelling narratives that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue. You’ll take a strategic, hands-on role in positioning our products to solve real customer pain points and launching them with impact.
What You’ll Do
Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, from positioning and messaging to enablement and measurement
Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Growth to translate customer pain points into differentiated product narratives
Develop compelling content (decks, one-pagers, case studies, web copy) that clearly communicates value
Build and maintain competitive intelligence and market insights to inform strategy and positioning
Equip Sales with the tools, training, and content they need to close deals faster and better
Define and track key marketing and launch KPIs; iterate quickly based on results and feedback
Work closely with leadership to shape how our category is defined and owned
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI
A proven track record of launching products into new markets with measurable success
Strong storytelling skills — you can distill complex concepts into crisp, compelling messaging
Deep empathy for customers and a strategic mindset for aligning product value with user needs
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
A bias for action, and comfort working in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment
Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (this is an in-person role)
Bonus Points
Previous experience in early-stage or high-growth startups
Background in AI, GTM software, automation, or productivity software
Experience supporting Sales enablement and field marketing efforts
