Let's talk about our Instant Delivery Product ⭐️
Our instant product delivers anything from our clients to their customer in under 30 minutes, this is a huge and exciting product problem to solve at global scale. Our Instant product is our largest and most mature, it accounts for a significant % of our company revenue. As such, we are looking for a world class Lead PM to play a crucial role within the Instant Convoy (team). Just because it’s an existing product doesn’t mean the role is incremental, we have many unsolved problems, lot’s of new ideas to bring to market and many more geographies to launch in. From making sure we have couriers in the right place at the right time, to building incredible mobile experiences for our customers and couriers, the role has incredible breadth and depth. 

You will be joining one of our most impactful teams, consisting of 13 people, including engineers, a product manager, a product designer, and a data scientist. In this role, you will report to Alexei 🚀

What will I be doing? 🤔

  • Defining your team’s strategy: Set up Objectives and Key results aligned with the vision, mission, and company’s objectives.
  • Turning facts into insights: Capture opportunities from a wide range of inputs by getting regular user touchpoints, researching, analyzing data, and benchmarking the industry.
  • Owning your team’s roadmap: Prioritise the most impactful opportunities for your team, keeping the focus on delivering outcomes.
  • Fostering collaboration: Collaborate with your team and help them champion forward-thinking strategies in order to tackle the opportunities you identified.
  • Launching Projects: Lead the rollout of your team’s projects, regularly update users & stakeholders, and evaluate (quantitative and qualitative) the success of the solutions deployed.
  • Demonstrating team leadership: Bring your team together, leverage the synergies, and keep your team strong and healthy.

What do we need from you? 😎

  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience delivering highly successful and innovative B2B products
  • You successfully led a project that impacted multiple teams within your organization, played a central role in managing change, and eventually delivered significant business impact
  • Ideally you have experience in e-commerce or logistics, dealing with legal and compliance teams
  • You get things done, and do whatever it takes to deliver on time and on quality
  • You have a track record of building and fostering trust with a wide range of stakeholders, from operational experts to executive leaders
  • You master the art of planning, detecting and mitigating risks, tracking progress and escalating when needed
  • You thrive in ambiguity. You can divide a complex problem into manageable chunks, and lead a group to have productive working sessions.
  • You communicate clearly and succinctly, both orally and in writing
  • You are customer-obsessed, and master quantitative and quantitative techniques to capture their pain points and prioritize them
