As a leader of products for SeatGeek’s security platform, you will be responsible for running initiatives for our Security products, internally and externally, with considerations towards, risk and vulnerabilities, compliance frameworks and company wide security awareness.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment across the organization around SG’s security strategy and roadmap. 
  • Partner closely with engineers and engineering leadership to help build and scale internal, developer-facing Security products that enable SeatGeek engineering teams’ while maintaining a strong security posture.
  • Develop Customer Trust & Safety strategy and drive its execution across multiple RnD and Business teams.
  • Collaborate with leadership and partner teams to prioritize and coordinate any large scale remediation efforts around Compliance, Vulnerability, and Risk Management programs.
  • Build synergies and influence across SG globally to put Security Awareness top-of-mind for all employees.
  • Drive product innovation, internally and externally, by staying up-to-date with the latest security trends and technology advancements.

What you have

  • 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class security focused products.
  • Thoroughly experienced with Vulnerability Management and Cloud security controls.
  • Data-driven with a proven track record of identifying product experience success measures while working with analytics teams/tools to track KPIs
  • Experience establishing roadmaps and optimizing the ROI by making smart trade-off decisions.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders in Product Management, Design, Engineering, and Marketing.
  • Has a 'can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with a strong bias for action.
  • A demonstrated passion for delivering world-class customer experiences.

The salary range for this role is $130,000-$220,000. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
