Lead Product Manager, Security and Governance

Ripple Custody team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Product manager to join our team. If you are passionate about bridging the gap between TradFi and DeFi by building infrastructure to tokenize, store, and settle value in a simple, secure, and compliant way, come join us!

As a Lead Product Manager for Security and Governance, you’ll be working with all customer As a Lead Product Manager for Security and Governance, you’ll be working with all customer segments, ranging from the largest financial institutions in the world to crypto-forward companies, leading everything related to security and governance on the custody platform, including deployment models with Key Management Systems (HSMs and MPC), permission models, entitlements and policies features.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Take ownership of the Custody deployment and initialization experience, driving product development from ideation to launch, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, business development, and legal.
• Advocate for a customer-centric approach in product design and development, balancing customer needs with business objectives.
• Create and communicate product stories, requirements, and design, propose implementation plans, and ensure timely product releases.
• Establish and drive key metrics and performance indicators to measure the success of products and related initiatives.
• Identify strategic and tactical product opportunities to grow product adoption.
• Represent Ripple Custody and drive though leadership at conferences, panel discussions or other industry events.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 5+ years of Product Management or relevant experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on technical experience in Cloud engineering, security, and automation.
• 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize initiatives based on measured impact.
• Experience in cryptography and blockchain / crypto.
• Customer centricity and empathy for their needs.
• Proven track record of delivering successful B2B SaaS products.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to lead, influence, and inspire a cross-functional, diverse, and distributed team.
