Turo is the world’s largest car sharing marketplace where you can book the perfect car for wherever you’re going from a vibrant community of trusted hosts across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and France. Whether you’re flying in from afar or looking for a car down the street, searching for a rugged truck or something smooth and swanky, Turo puts you in the driver’s seat of an extraordinary selection of cars shared by local hosts.
About the team:

At Turo, product managers (PMs) guide the process of prioritizing, building, and shipping world-class consumer products that further Turo's mission of putting the world's 1.5+ billion cars to better use. PMs lead the synthesis of customer feedback, data, and business goals into actionable product roadmaps that they develop and execute with their team. The products that we build enable entrepreneurial hosts to thrive, help guests find their ideal car for every journey, and support them before, during, and after their trip.

We’re seeking an exceptional PM to help take our guest search and discovery experience to new heights. Your team will design and develop product experiences that enable millions of guests to easily search and find the perfect car for their trip, in turn driving booking conversion. Your team will also craft experiences that merchandise Turo’s incredible selection and invite guests to discover and browse what the marketplace offers.

What you’ll do:
  • You’ll define product vision and strategy for Turo’s guest search and discovery experience, in collaboration with your team and key stakeholders
  • You’ll work with our research, analytics, and data science teams to deeply analyze and understand the guest experience as well as industry trends, synthesizing user needs into product priorities, roadmap plans, and detailed specifications
  • You’ll partner closely with our design, engineering, data, and marketing teams to execute on your roadmap and build outstanding products on iOS, Android, and Web
  • You’ll analyze and report on key product initiatives to leadership, product teams, and other key stakeholders
Your profile:
  • Experience working with product development teams prioritizing, building, and shipping world-class product experiences in an agile environment
  • PM experience commensurate with a lead role
  • Suitable domain experience — ideally B2C and expertise in search / discovery or similar space
  • Collaborative, low-ego approach to working with others, valuing teamwork and collective problem-solving
  • Outstanding judgment and product sense
  • Sharp analytical skills and experience working with data science
