Join Regate as our first Lead Product Manager and spearhead the integration of our innovative accounting technology with Qonto's leading financial solutions. Your mission is to drive product strategy, enhance team performance, and contribute to Regate's growth and success. You will manage a team of 3+ talents.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Lead Product Manager at Regate, you will:

• Develop and implement a management and coaching plan for the product team.

• Gain a deep understanding of the product to prioritize and make trade-offs effectively.

• Foster relationships across Qonto and Regate to drive product initiatives.

• Increase team engagement and velocity, contributing to key success metrics.

• Work closely with Natalia, CPO at Qonto, to align product vision and strategy.

🤔 What you can expect:

• Be part of a dynamic team at the intersection of accounting automation and FinTech.

• A 360-degree role with autonomy over the roadmap and significant responsibilities.

• Access to comprehensive data to track and understand product usage.

• Opportunities to grow into a Head of Product role as the company expands.

• Preferred hybrid work model (3 days office /2 days remote) but remotely possible, requiring travel to Paris 4 days a month.

🏅 About You:

• Proven experience in product management, ideally in accounting software or related fields.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive product decisions.

• Previous experience leading and mentoring product managers.

• Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication skills.

• A background in accounting or experience with accounting software is a plus.
