? About the team
The Product & Design team of Pennylane counts today 15 people. By the end of 2022, the team will grow up to 60 people.
Pennylane is headquartered in Paris but we are a remote-friendly company, meaning that you can work from wherever you want in Europe, as a big part of our team already does.
? As a Lead PM at Pennylane, here is what we would expect from you :
- Provide daily support to your team members, help them grow and make sure they reach the defined OKRs
- Directly contribute to the development of new features
- Facilitate collaboration between Tech and Product (Process, documentation, communication...)
- Actively participate in the recruitment of the new PMs and Designers

- Participate in the structuration of a team that will quadruple within one year
- Mentor and manage high potential profiles
- Collaborate daily with a brilliant team of software engineers with a real product drive
- Help to position Pennylane as one of the reference in Product Management in the european startup ecosystem

?You're the perfect candidate for the role if :
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a PM, and at least 2 as a team lead or manager
- You love to have a strategic role as much as contributing directly to the product development
- Our "product principles" resonate with you
- You particularly value and cherish humility, trust and autonomy
