As Ironclad has grown and expanded to serve Enterprise customers, more use cases, and organization-wide deployments, the need to build tools for administrators and power users to configure their account and control the data in their contracts has increased exponentially.
As Lead Product Manager for Ironclad’s Packaging & Admin Experience, you will spearhead the core buyer and administration user experience across our product family. This includes the ability to configure critical account settings, manage users and permissions, and deploy critical security features like authentication & auditing. In addition you will work closely with our Monetization and Growth team to own the in-product implementation of our pricing and packaging plans, including feature differentiation by plan type, upsell experience, and more.
This role is critical as Ironclad continually expands into the Enterprise and across multiple departments and use cases within an organization, where account administration and control over sensitive information becomes increasingly important. This is a challenging but impactful individual contributor PM role, with a near-term path to being a people leader and high visibility as this group expands.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Working with our Packaging & Admin Experience engineering and design team(s) to deliver features to our customers
- Working closely with our Monetization and Growth team, Product Marketing team, and Sales/go to market on delivering features to our customers that impact our core product metrics and our business metrics
- Working with key customer accounts to understand their pain points and build scalable solutions to their needs
- Eventually building out your PM team as this critical area grows over time
Key Skills:
- 6+ years of product management or directly relevant experience.
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Statistics or demonstrated ability to engage effectively (and drive outcomes) when working with technical teams.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for talking to end users and understanding their world.
- Recognized as a collaborative and influential leader; a great partner to all functions.
- Strong track record of owning end-to-end initiatives and launching impactful products.
- Exceptional product sense and strategic thinking.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
