About the job
The PaaS (Platform As A Service) product team is built of PMs that pair with developers in order to think, build, deploy in production and maintain all the products from Scaleway's PaaS ecosystem. The products we build aim to facilitate our clients' lives by providing them a cloud service that is resilient and that automatically scales.As a consequence, our clients do not need to care about their infrastructure and can focus on their added value: building apps!As of today, the PaaS ecosystem embeds different types of products, including: Storage, Database, Serverless, Managed Kubernetes, IoT and AI. Not to mention all the products that are not live yet!Reporting to the VP of PaaS product, you will be responsible to manage a team of Product Managers of the “Managed Containers & Services” ecosystem
Minimum qualifications
- Ability to make individuals and team shine
- More than 5 years of experience of Product Management (Discovery, Delivery, clients Interviews)
- Experience with Product Management in technical environments
- Very good command of English
Preferred qualifications
- Strong Knowledge of Cloud ecosystems
- Great communicator
- Ability to coach and mentor
- Demonstrated ability to listen and be empathetic
- Passionate about problem solving
- Demonstrated track of setting OKR driven objectives
Responsibilities
- Drive a Product Managers team
- Act as a Product Manager when demand occurs
- Define SMART objectives and make individual grow
- Identify Product Managers paint point and propose solutions
- Make sure product strategy is defined and applied
- Contribute to Product Manager best practices inside and outside the team
- Lead by example
Based in our offices in Paris or Lille, partially/fully remote is possible (France)
