The Team You’ll Work With
This role is on the Law Firm team within Carta’s Company pillar. You’ll join a new team that redefines the way Carta intertwines into a Law Firm’s core workflows and processes. This team builds 0 to 1 products that require excellent teamwork, polished client-facing skills, and product management tenacity to drive market-wide behavior change. We measure success not by features shipped or lines of code written, but rather by the impact we drive for the business.
Some of our favorite moments are watching our Law Firms use the products that we build. We solve problems by deeply understanding their domain and their workflows. We serve the business, first and foremost, and invest in ourselves and each other in service of that effort. We are owners and that is the only title that matters.
The Problems You’ll Solve
Law Firms are key partners that are critical to the Carta strategy and positioning in the ecosystem. At Carta, we want to build a Law Firm experience that best helps them serve their clients and deepens our strategic partnership. This ranges from building client management products powered by Carta’s robust data and insights, defining and growing partner-facing API integrations, and establishing Carta’s Board management and corporate governance suite.
- Define Carta’s product strategy for Law Firm partners
- Define Carta’s product strategy for the Board management and governance product suite
- Understand requirements by leading research with law firms, and board directors
- Drive excellent execution with engineering, design, and business stakeholders
About You
Zero to One builder who is able to:
- Turn a conceptual idea into a lean and incremental execution plan
- Recognize and solve problems proactively and independently
- Manage stakeholders across engineering, design, business, and more
- Care deeply about solving real world problems for our Law Firm user personas
- Ramp up quickly on the Emerging Companies and Venture Capital (ECVC) law firm and Carta ecosystem
