What You'll Do:

Help define the product vision and roadmap for all essential internal tools at Found that our doctors, health coaches and support teams use. This is mission critical to how our teams operate effectively and efficiently.
Define product requirements and collaborate with Design and Engineering for timely delivery of key features and improvements with an eye toward balancing short term and longer term needs.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders from Operations, Member Experience, and Customer Support as well as the Found senior leadership team.
Define and analyze metrics that inform product success & health and support increasing Operational efficiencies, reducing losses, and improving the member experience.
Own your product’s destiny and create roadmaps for the team to reflect this vision.

What You Have:

5-7 years of Product Management experience managing software products from inception through launch and iteration.
Passionate about automating/optimizing operational workflows, improving product quality, and building for other developers.
Proven ability to effectively work with non-technical teams and translate operational needs into technical solutions.
Demonstrated track record of leadership in building products for developers and ops teams.
Strong understanding of technical architecture and development process for distributed systems.
Experience with building developer ecosystems, platforms and tools.
Proven ability to prioritize and pair bold product vision with execution.
Computer science or engineering background preferred, but not required.
