As a Lead Product Manager for Integrations, you will be at the forefront of defining and executing a strategy for a platform that enables a growing ecosystem of strategic partner Integrations that customers can leverage to more effectively run their businesses.
As a product leader, you will guide your product team (including remote engineering resources) to scope and deliver both iterative improvements and major new features while designing delightful and highly valuable integration experiences. The direction in which our ecosystem expands is crucial to the future of Personio and has top executive sponsorship and you will be out in front.
Understand, co-create, articulate, and evolve the vision and strategy of your Product
Create a strategic game plan and co-drive buy-in with executive leadership around contents and funding.
Define, plan, and execute a roadmap to bring the recruiting product to the next level so that recruiters can go back to really focusing on the candidate
Align your team around strategic goals, relevant KPIs, and measures of success
Systematically analyze customer feedback in collaboration with Design, User Research, and customer-facing stakeholders
Break down complex problems and write clear documentation in collaboration with Design, Engineering, and domain leadership
Manage product delivery in an agile setting and guide your team in all sprint activities
Mentor and develop fellow PM team members working alongside you on the product
Support shaping the future setup of the tribe to achieve the best business outcomes.
Deliver updates and represent the team’s progress to stakeholders, including members of the executive team
At least 7 years of product management experience
Deep product management expertise coupled with API and integration experience (former developers, engineers, technical product managers, etc.)
Deep exposure to SaaS, APIs, Platforms, and regulated environments
Experienced working in a technically complex, compliance-heavy domain and using analytical problem-solving skills to make decisions
Ability to build confidence, cohesion, and inspiration across our product, design, and engineering organization
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a comparable field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English
