We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Patient Health Companion team in our Patient Experience domain.
As a Senior Product Manager, your mission will be to transform Doctolib from a transactional appointment booking platform into a continuous health partner for our users. You will develop and optimize a personalized health companion experience that helps users achieve their health goals through targeted content, tracking tools, and goal-based journeys.
Working in the tech team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with product, design, and business teams.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Define the product vision and strategy for the Health Companion experience, focusing on personalized content delivery, health tracking, and goal-based user journeys
- Lead the development of key companion features including the mobile home experience, Stories, and health tracking tools
- Build a comprehensive personalization framework that delivers the right content and tools based on users' health profiles and needs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create engaging, medically-accurate health content
- Define and implement measurement frameworks to track user engagement and health outcomes

Who you are

- You have 6+ years of experience in Product Management, with direct ownership of consumer-facing products
- You bring expertise in mobile apps, consumer products, personalization, and content delivery platforms
- You have experience building goal-based user journeys and engagement mechanisms that drive behavior change
- You have a highly structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making, with the ability to prioritize efficiently
- You demonstrate passion for health and wellness, with understanding of how digital tools can improve health outcomes
Now it would be fantastic if you:
- Have scaled consumer products across multiple markets, navigating complex user needs and regulatory environments
- Are comfortable working with content management systems and personalization engines
- Are fluent in English & French (C1 level minimum) to engage with diverse teams and markets
