Please let Scribd know you found this offer on WeLoveProduct as a way to support us 🫶
At Scribd (pronounced “scribbed”), our mission is to spark human curiosity. Join our team as we create a world of  stories and knowledge, democratize the exchange of ideas and information, and empower collective expertise through our three products: Everand, Scribd, and Slideshare.

We support a culture where our employees can be real and be bold; where we debate and commit as we embrace plot twists; and where every employee is empowered to take action as we prioritize the customer.

We love collaborating and investing time in our Scribd community, and we create intentional in-person moments with each other to build culture and connection. And, it is through our flexible work benefit – Scribd Flex – that we enable employees, in partnership with their manager, to choose the work-style that best suits their individual needs and preferences.

We are seeking a talented Lead Product Manager to join our Growth product team, a role that sits at the core of our subscription-based business. This crucial role focuses on refining our funnel strategies to boost subscriber acquisition and reduce churn. The successful candidate will leverage deep understanding of data-driven experimentation, user behavior and market trends to implement effective growth tactics and retention mechanisms. Your efforts will directly impact our customer experience and business results, reaffirming our commitment to offering the best subscription service to inspire the world through stories and knowledge.

You Will:
Lead the development and execution of product strategy and vision to increase subscription growth and improve retention rates, leveraging insights into customer behavior and market trends.
Continuously optimize the subscription journey, identifying pain points and opportunities to improve the user experience and increase conversion.
Leverage data and analytics to guide decisions, identify growth opportunities, and establish clear success metrics.
Drive product strategy in ambiguous settings, employing product management frameworks to clarify objectives, mediate diverse viewpoints, and propel product growth and user engagement.
Understand customer needs and behaviors by conducting research, data analysis, and usability testing to inform strategies to reduce friction along the key steps of customer journey.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Analytics, Product Marketing, Engineering and Customer Service teams.

You Have:
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a Growth role, preferably in a subscription business.
• Deep knowledge of growth experimentation tactics, with a strong understanding of the customer journey, and a proven track record of driving subscriber growth and retention.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics, A/B testing, experimentation, and funnel optimization.
Experience working with loyalty programs.
Experience in user onboarding and education strategies.
Knowledge of product management frameworks and their practical applications.
Familiarity with user experience best practices, with a keen eye for intuitive design and user journeys. Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills.
