  • Problem Ownership: Ready to own issues end-to-end and proactive in acquiring new knowledge to address challenges and drive progress.

  • Growth and Optimization Focus: Passionate about pushing product boundaries, not just managing but continuously seeking opportunities for growth and optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Product-Led Acquisitions eg. Referrals, Virality, Loyalty or similar growth initiatives to drive acquisition via non paid channels
  • Experience working with marketing channel managers in designing & running campaigns and aligning acquisition initiatives.

Who You Are

  • Action-Oriented: Quick to act, adept at moving projects from idea to execution under pressure.
  • Resilient: You persist through challenges, maintaining focus on long-term objectives.

  • Step 2: 45-60 minutes interview with our Head of Growth Product
  • Step 3: Live product sense interview, to be presented to two members of our Product and Growth teams
  • Step 4: 45 minutes each with two cross-functional peers from Engineering, Design, Data Science, Commercial or Analytics

What do you get for all your hard work?

UK App access: The Cleo app is no longer downloadable in the UK (but only until next year). If you’re an existing user, you’ll still have access to the app. But some features won’t be available (just for a little while). Why? 99% of our users are based in the US – where financial health is often overlooked.
