What You'll Do:

  • You will own all of Glassdoor's B2B Brand Management products, including products like the Glassdoor's Employer Profile & Employer Center 
  • Deliver a clear vision and strategy to enable customer growth, retention, and satisfaction for both Glassdoor and Indeed branding products
  • Build a deep understanding of the buyers and landscape of Employer Branding to help transform products based on market shifts. 
  • Partner with GTM teams (Product Marketing, Enablement, Customer Success, Sales) to align and implement your vision. 
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Business Operations to ensure strategic alignment and positioning. 
  • Lead a small team of product managers focused on delivering Brand Management products.
  • Become a strong voice in the Product department helping iterate and improve at the department level. 

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in product management within fast-paced, agile environments. 
  • Experience driving product vision, strategy, and expansion with partners and through integrations
  • Proven track record to partner with cross-functional teams like engineering, design, marketing and data science.
  • A strategic approach and strong eye for business.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and lead multiple moving pieces
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence leadership and other teams
  • Strong eye for business and a data-driven approach to decision making
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business or quantitative field.  
  • A strong desire and ability to add to our culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion

Compensation circa dependent on experience: $160,000.00 - $240,000.00
