WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Lead Product Manager FinCrime you will be leading and scaling teams of Product Managers, Designers and Engineers to manage risk and compliance requirements with technology. 

Your mission is to ensure Trade Republic is equipped with best in class products and processes to manage financial crime risk as we grow our product offering and expand internationally. 

You are seeking a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and the risks you are helping Trade Republic to manage. You are comfortable working closely with compliance teams and regulators in finding solutions balancing a great customer experience with Trade Republic risk appetite and regulatory obligations.

• Be the ultimate owner of product delivery, performance and business impact for all financial crime management product
  

• Keep abreast of the ever-changing regulatory and financial crime risk landscape, and find efficient solutions to always maintain Trade Republic’s high standard in financial crime prevention and risk management
  

• Work with all functions to shape the product strategy and roadmap for your team and own execution on that strategy 
  

• Define and analyze metrics, identify pain points and iterate quickly to deliver optimal customer and service teams experience while minimizing risk
  

• Work closely with business operations to optimize capabilities and processes to maintain a lean organisation without compromising on customer experience
  
  

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of product management hands-on experience
  

• Passionate, and with a deep understanding of the FinCrime space and risk management in the financial services industry
  

• Proven track record of effectively owning product development of financial crime prevention software and when necessary procurement of 3rd party solutions
  

• Deep analytical, prioritisation, organisational and problem solving skills
  

• Strong technical acumen, in particular on data driven systems. Machine learning experience a plus
  

• Execution-focused with a bias for action
