The Role
As a Lead Product Manager at Fantasy, you’ll think beyond ordinary to ship world-class products for world-leading organizations. You will work collaboratively with talented teams to create experiences that millions of people not only use — but love.

Launch digital products and services with world-leading organizations
You’ll work with the world’s most forward-thinking companies, including the likes of Netflix, Spotify, Asana, Tesla, The Academy of Motion Pictures, Dolby, Ancestry, Salesforce, and many others. You’ll work across diverse industries and varying form factors, including automotive, luxury, travel, operating systems, website ecosystems, voice recognition software, artificial intelligence, and so much more.

  • You will work directly with the world’s leading organizations and our internal teams to make insight-led decisions around product design, strategy, and content.

Work with a world-class team

  • You are able to negotiate with your cross-functional teams and stakeholders when it comes to feature priority, product decisions, and assessing trade-offs.
  • Proactively engage with senior-level stakeholders and engage with your team leads in data, UX, sales, platform technology, and marketing to communicate product plans and support go-to-market initiatives. 
  • Work with leadership team and other stakeholders to define and drive the product strategy and product roadmap.
  • Work with client stakeholders, research and analytics teams to define, measure, and improve key metrics that translate to the success of the site and software development velocity.
  • Write simple, clear documentation that aligns your team around problems to solve including product requirements, OKR & KPIs for the solutions that you’ll collaboratively deliver.
  • You are able to validate your assumptions about the user leveraging data collected from the use of the product as well as being able to discern what users say they want vs. what user behavior actually is.

Work with forward-thinking organizations

  • Demonstrated capability to form strong partnerships with design, engineering, and cross-functional team members as well as the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally to break down ambiguous problems into tactical action plans.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to synthesize inputs, identify trade-offs, and provide the information needed to enable our clients to make informed decisions.

Experience / Key Personal Qualities

  • 5+ years of product management experience, bonus if you have previous agency or consulting experience.
  • You are a product leader who has a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling software products.
  • You are able to think deeply about product strategy decisions and an understanding of how to create valuable products that balance feasibility, desirability, and business impact.
  • You excel at building strong client relationships and foster empathy for operational pain points and challenges.
  • You have a background in data-driven, user-centered approaches to product development.
  • You have working knowledge of user research and modern product discovery techniques with the ability to integrate findings into your product roadmap.
  • You are comfortable exploring new technologies and how they enable world-class experiences.
  • You exhibit strong business sense and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.
  • Experience working with systems integrations and platform initiatives.

Salary Range

  • $160,000-$180,000
