The Team You’ll Work With
You will be working closely with Carta’s Data Products team, the team managing Carta’s unique private markets dataset; extracting insights from our data and creating products for our customers. You will work across Product, Design and Engineering to drive the product strategy and oversee the build and execution of Carta's Documents storage solutions and workflows.
The Problems You’ll Solve
- Define Carta’s Document storage solutions technology strategy to deliver the most value to our customers and internal stakeholders
- Optimize our customers’ documents workflows around collection, ingestion, storage, management and analytics
- Build the capabilities to provide a best-in-class intelligent document solution to support our growing customer base, including a centralized and secure document storage location, secure file sharing, seamless document search and collaboration workflows
- Design products which extract insights from Carta’s unique document dataset to deliver downstream business value to customers
- Work cross functionally with different engineering, product and strategy teams to ensure a clear, concise strategy and execution framework
About You
We are looking for a strong product leader who can drive strategy, prioritization, and product delivery. If you are passionate about building intuitive solutions to complex problems and have a desire to impact the financial future of employees around the world, we’d love to talk with you.
- You have at least 5 years of product management experience in document storage, workflow management or information architecture
- You’re interested in fin-tech
- You understand deeply the document management and storage lifecycle
- You have a bias to action and the ability to ship products quickly through strategic prioritization and trade-offs
- You are able to balance uncertainty with vision, creating long-term plans while understanding when they need to change
- You have strong executive communication skills and can navigate complex discussions
- You enjoy working with a fast paced, passionate team
- You’re curious and always want to go deeper, becoming an expert in each domain you touch
