与海外团队沟通协调，收集梳理相关需求，并提供相应方案，完成高质量的产品需求文档，以及原型图设计；
推进产品开发进度，协调UI、开发、测试等资源密切合作，保证产品按计划上线；
负责产品端到端的完整生命周期，包括撰写产品需求、确保成功交付、抓取及跟踪数据和产品迭代。
对数据敏感，密切关注产品数据和用户行为数据，不断优化产品；

任职要求：

具备6年以上C端互联网移动端产品经验及2年以上团队管理经验；具备从0-1互联网移动产品经验者优先；
全日制本科及以上学历，理工科相关专业优先，有海外工作及学历背景者优先；
能够提供明确的方向，设定可衡量的目标并洞察行业和竞对的发展趋势；与工程技术团队合作推动复杂项目从构思到实施再到功能成功发布的经验者优先；
出色的数据分析和解决问题的能力，熟练使用SQL；
具有良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，踏实负责、积极向上、抗压能力强。优秀的中英文书面及口语表达能力，能和海外团队顺畅沟通。

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our ‘New Initiatives’ team within AppLovin. In this role, you will have the opportunity to launch new mobile apps (categories ranging from e-commerce to utility to social) and scale it to millions of users. We are looking for candidates who are highly entrepreneurial, have strong problem-solving skills, and are excited about building products from scratch.

Responsibilities:

Take a major role in defining product vision, strategy, and objectives of new products
Manager the entire product development lifecycle from ideation, requirements definition, to launch and optimization.
Work closely with engineers and designers as well as cross-functional teams such as business development, marketing, legal, etc.
Manage and develop all-star product managersBecome an expert in your product area by analyzing industry trends, competition, and relevant markets.
Write clear, detailed, and high quality product specs.
Communicate product vision and priorities to internal and external partners including AppLovin leadership.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in product management working on consumer mobile apps
2+ years managing and mentoring other product managers
BA/BS degree in computer science, engineering, math, or a related technical discipline; oversea working or studying experiences is preferred
Exceptional data analysis and problem-solving skills.
SQL querying abilities are required.
Ability to design wire-frames and write top-notch product specifications.
Experience working with highly technical engineering teams and driving complex projects from ideation to implementation to feature launch successfully.
Outstanding written/oral proficiency in Chinese and English.
(Preferred) Previous engineering experience
(Preferred) Experience launching new mobile apps from scratch and/or prior experience in startup environment
