Build products within one product area and complete cross-product projects with product managers, designers, and engineers for product development from concept to launch. Drive strategic product and project planning through opportunity exploration and scoping. Set OKRs and roadmap for product area and cross product projects, autonomously balancing multiple priorities. Work cross-functionally to come up with innovative, differentiated solutions informing the prioritization of cross-team projects. Execute and manage projects that impact company-level strategic goals. Categorizes and synthesizes customer research to prioritize features and milestones. Develop customer insights and deep awareness of the competitive landscape. Build alignment and drive decision making across stakeholders and broader interested groups for product area and cross-product projects. Define every use case, document potential ways to solve, identify outstanding concerns, and flag edge cases. Lead people on the project, coach and mentor new team members, and provide performance evaluations on project tasks. Oversee daily workflow. Anticipate and pre-empt product risks and blockers within product area, related product areas, and cross-product projects. Evangelize current product processes and prototype new process improvements. Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering (any), or a related field of study and
  • 5 years of experience in product management, product strategy, or data science
  • Alternatively, the company will accept a Master's degree in an acceptable field of study and 3 years of experience in an accepted occupation.
