Leads also work closely with their Design Directors, building strong relationships with engineering leads and product managers to help influence prioritisation of work and roadmap items.
For this role, you’ll need experience in:
- You’re a highly skilled product designer with hands-on experience with the entire design process from uncovering customer needs and pain points, contributing to strategy and vision, and then delivering considered interfaces
- Experience tackling large, complex and systemic pieces of work
- An inclusive and proactive approach to working with product and engineering teams
- Confidence in presenting your work and thoughts to a variety of internal groups, including design, product and engineering
- A track record of mentoring and coaching other designers in your team
