Lead Product Designer

As Lead Designer, you will design innovative, intuitive, and elegant products based on deep understanding of our users. You will actively generate and leverage user insights using your research, interaction, visual, and product design skills to build end-to-end experiences for both sides of our two-sided marketplace (patients and healthcare providers). You will collaborate extensively with teammates across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Data to drive outcomes based on company strategy.

You will be a strong individual contributor, conduct extensive user research, and be an integral part of Sesame's success and the happiness of our users. You will also help drive a culture of user-centered design excellence and mentor other designers in skills and best practices that lead to intuitive and delightful user experiences.
