How you will make an impact

• Lead a diverse set of design initiatives and help take the Insurify UX to the next level
• Challenge previously-established patterns and discover new ways of problem solving 
• Develop UX solutions based on research, customer feedback and best-practices
• Own end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution
• Grow the people on the design team through coaching and mentorship

What you need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience working in product design/UX roles
• A portfolio with examples of solving complex problems with simple solutions
• Ability to translate user needs and product data to make informed design decision
• Track record of delivering end to end solution from concept to measurable outcomes
• Experience with Financial Services Industry is a plus
