? About the team

The Product & Design team of Pennylane counts today 15 people. By the end of 2022, the team will grow up to 60 people.

Pennylane is headquartered in Paris but we are a remote-friendly company, meaning that you can work from wherever you want in Europe, as a big part of our team already does.

? As a Lead Product Designer at Pennylane, we expect you to :

Help our designers to improve their skills and grow their career at Pennylane
As a hands-on manager, participate directly in the development of the product
Ensure the coherence of the Design (Process, documentation, communication...)
Actively participate in the recruitment of Designers and Product Managers.

You have at least 5 years of experience in product design, including at least 2 years as a lead product designer
You like to have a strategic & hands-on role
