? About the team
The Product & Design team of Pennylane counts today 15 people. By the end of 2022, the team will grow up to 60 people.
Pennylane is headquartered in Paris but we are a remote-friendly company, meaning that you can work from wherever you want in Europe, as a big part of our team already does.
? As a Lead Product Designer at Pennylane, we expect you to :
- Help our designers to improve their skills and grow their career at Pennylane
- As a hands-on manager, participate directly in the development of the product
- Ensure the coherence of the Design (Process, documentation, communication...)
- Actively participate in the recruitment of Designers and Product Managers.

?You're the perfect candidate for the role if :
- You have at least 5 years of experience in product design, including at least 2 years as a lead product designer
- You like to have a strategic & hands-on role
- Our "product principles" echo your product vision

- You're fluent in English

- First Screening with Thomas (Technical Recruiter)
- Case Study in two parts : Phase 1 (user discovery) with 1 designer / Phase 2 (presentation) with 2 designers
- Culture-Fit interview with two members of the product team
- Virtual Coffee / Beers with the design & product team
