• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers and engineers to decipher customers needs, iterate tirelessly, and ship world-class solutions.

• Drive continuous improvement in our design practices, identifying and evangelizing improvements for heightened team productivity.

• Push our visual and interaction execution further.

• Foster a collaborative work environment that inspires innovation and creativity.

• Take on the role of a mentor for product designers, offering constructive feedback and guiding their work to meet the highest standards.

• Contribute to the recruitment efforts, playing a key role in assembling the best-in-class design team.

• You have proven experience in designing outstanding B2C mobile apps.

• You have a passion for turning complex problems into simple and engaging experiences.

• You have leadership skills, empowering you to guide and inspire a team towards shared success.

• You care about why you are building something, not just what.

• You speak English fluently.
