Design is currently seeking a Lead Designer with an advanced level of B2B experience to join our team.Candidates will have the opportunity to design usable, accessible and engaging user experiences for Visa's client services with senior-level talent expected to also play a critical role in helping drive Visa’s UX strategy and vision. This is an extraordinary chance to influence experience journeys at Visa with high impact and scale. You’ll be responsible helping solve complex business and design challenges, driving the vision for what a world-class enterprise solutions should be.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Setting vision and strategy for client services user experience
Mentoring and guiding designers and providing constructive critique
Proficiently designing high-fidelity mockups using Figma, Sketch or other industry tools
Mapping out interaction user workflows that take into account cross-product integration
Communicating concepts and recommendations confidently to a variety of audiences
Basic Qualifications
• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Factors, Design, Psychology, Sociology or related field
• A portfolio of impeccably executed enterprise product design
• Subject matter expertise in interaction design
• Experience with service design
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including thorough and methodical attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability and experience leading design for enterprise, SaaS
• Proficient at extending existing design patterns and systems across platform
• Experience optimizing complex information architecture
• Group facilitation and teaching (design thinking) skills
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
