We seek an embedded Design Program Manager to work with a key client account.
Duration:October through December 2022.
100% remote work
Function
- As a Lead Design Program Manager, you will work collaboratively with our strategists, design, product and business teams to manage the overall E2E Strategy, Design and Research work streams across three prioritized areas of scope for 2022.
- This is a leadership role that requires the ability to demonstrate leadership through design thinking.
- Core activities include:
- Tracks all major project milestones and deliverables, across E2E strategy and in-progress design work streams.
- Ensures that initiative plans meet broader timelines for any dependencies with our technology organization and business partners.
- Demonstrates the ability to handle project ambiguity.
- Creates new and improves upon existing ways of working and processes.
- Schedules and manages team checkpoints to ensure timely delivery across priorities, while also ensuring meetings are efficient and minimized.
- Prepares management reporting, including status and project health.
- Creates and fosters partnerships with cross-functional teams: research, business units, customer experience, and design.
- Actively leads the Initiative team in partnership with the Design Lead, E2E Strategy Lead and Design Research Lead and is recognized by stakeholders as the single point-of-contact.
Requirements
- 5+ year's experience applicable to program management
- Experience working in a cross-functional role
- Experience working on e-Commerce products
- Excellent communications & interpersonal skills
- User Experience background highly desired
- Experience with JIRA highly desired
