Hola / Cześć / Ciao:

Here’s your seat at the table, dear Content Designer. As a company we know that your skills go beyond words, and it will always be your voice that we will value the most. We want you to speak for our users, ensure that everything we do is for their good and help us make the healthcare experience more humane.

What is Docplanner? For our users, a place where patients and doctors meet. Patients can book a visit easily, and then experience healthcare as it should be: humane. We also help doctors grow their office and dedicate time to what matters most: help their patients.

Why Docplanner? Because nothing feels better than working on the good side of tech. You go to bed knowing that you make the world a better place, and that your talent is aligned with what you believe in.

And why you? Because we believe that you, as a Lead Content Designer, can ensure that all of our features and flows are clear, concise and useful. But, above all, that they are always in the best interest of our users. As a Lead Content Designer you’ll be responsible for leading the area in our company that cares for secretaries (because we think they are as important as doctors and as patients). Even if this is a big area and your main responsibilities will be to think strategically, you will also be inside of one of the product teams so that you can work and collaborate daily with your teammates: Product Designers, Product Managers, Developers and Researchers, along as helping the other Content Designer in that same area when needed. You will also collaborate with other Content Designers to ensure that our messages are aligned and every user gets the same good experience. And…well, we also talk a lot about Britney Spears inside the team, but let’s pretend that didn’t happen.

What will you be doing with us?

  • Be the Lead Content Designer responsible for leveling up the Content Design discipline inside of product area (the one that helps secretaries)
  • Guide and support new Content Designer as the team grows
  • Identify which processes can be improved inside our team and inside your product team, as well as audit our current content inside the product
  • Be able to come to an agreement with the Product Manager so that features can always be clear and humane, yet be delivered on time
  • Ensure that every feature that is released is for the best interest of the users. Your flows and your words will be easy to follow and understand
  • Collaborate with Researchers to ensure that you have the data and the knowledge before writing or designing any flow
  • Work side by side with Product Designers for every new project that arises. Each of you will always have their own proficiency (either pixels or words), but the ideation and design part is as collaborative as possible
  • Work in a content-first approach when needed, so that you can then lend the project to the Product Designer and improve it together. The opposite can also happen from time to time, and it’s ok if it makes sense
  • You know this would be here: write in a clear, concise and useful way
  • Provide feedback to what other Content Designers are doing, and always ask for feedback, both inside our team and in your product team

Requirements

What we want you to have:

  • 4 or more years of experience as a Content Designer or UX Writer. It’s ok if you had another job title, as long as your job was to write for product and advocate for the best content design practices in your company
  • Perfect knowledge of what Content Design or UX Writing is, and the proven ability to be able to leverage the discipline inside a product team
  • The ability to work together or independently as needed, manage multiple deadlines and give your best in a fast-paced environment
  • Great attention to detail and excellent grammar and writing skills
  • You create perfect messages even if there are tight characters limitations
  • You know how to approach all of your work with a global mindset and advocate for language that can be localised well
  • Fluency in English (but native level is not mandatory)

    Bonus points:
  • Experience with A/B testing: know when to use it and when not to
  • Experience transforming a bad pattern into a delightful experience
  • Experience with Figma and how to do basic design interactions
  • You have a strong opinion about the Oxford Comma (either pro or against it, we can have a good chat about it during our interview <3)
  • You have a portfolio showcasing 2 or 3 of your best projects. If you don’t have one it’s ok, you can explain those projects to us during the interview (or you can even ask us for a quick task, but we prefer to value your time)

Benefits

You will get in return:

  • A competitive salary adequate to your experience and skills between 27,5 k and 35 k PLN / month. The range is broad so that we can accommodate all kinds of seniority, but we will show you the career ladder to decide, together, what your skills are and what value will you bring. Your salary will be, now and always, 100% transparent to you
  • Remote work or hybrid work model
  • Flexible working hours (like, for real)
  • Private healthcare plan (medical and dental)
  • 26 paid holidays
  • An additional paid holiday on your birthday or work anniversary!
  • Share options plan after 6 months working with us
  • Relocation package (from a different city or country)
  • Free English and Spanish classes

Important: Our recruitment team is international, representing various nationalities. Therefore, please be sure to send your CV in English.
